My question involves police conduct in the State of: US
To what extent may a LEO give a civilian an order ? Hx: I heard of a lawsuit the other day involving a nurse that was arrested by a LEO for refusing to draw blood on a suspect...her stance was she didn't have a Physicians order to do so, now it may be very legal in her state, as I think it is in many, to draw blood, among other ways to determine if one is intoxicated (or at least the option is there) she refused, he arrested her for failing to follow his order....anyone know what the boundaries are? ...IF that's the case and she looses....wouldn't it mean a LEO could order a pilot to fly him somewhere? OR divert the flight? OR order a doctor to perform a procedure...Under the Threat of being arrested
