Default Power of Attorney for Ex-Husband

My question involves a power of attorney in the state of: Colorado.

Can I obtain Power of Attorney for my ex to complete a mortgage assumption (with his permission of course)? Any additional information you could provide would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

I don't see why not if your ex is willing to grant the power.

The clinker is the possibility that the mortgage company may not accept it. I would check with them first.
