My question involves name change laws in the State of: missouri
I have a daughter with a birthday of june 16, 2007. Well here is my question I was getting married this june and the guy whom I was engaged to went and signed her birth certificate. Although he is not her biological father of her. Now her biological father has come into her life. My question is how do I get this guys name off her birth certificate. Bio Dad can petition the court to establish paternity. Given that 3+ years have passed, the court might not entertain the petition.

Are you married to the guy on the birth certificate?
