I highly recommend that you talk to a family law attorney. If the "boys" are children under 18 and not dogs or something like that, then you should be asking for child support if she does not want custody or is not fit for having custody.
Alimony is a completely different matter and really is a matter of who has what money and who has been paying for things in the past. It is complicated. You should secure whatever assets you have or you have jointly so she can't spend all the money before the court gets involved, or runs up big debts on credit cards, etc.
Infidelity is not the big divorce issue to used to be. What she told you and what she says in court could well be two diffeent things. See an attorney now to protect your rights.
