Default Notice of Motion to Quash in Orange County Court, California

My question involves small claims court in the state of: California
I am being sued for breach of contract and the summons are not properly served. The notice of "PROOF OF SERVICE" says that the processor has left the notice with Postal Clerk. On enquiry I came to know it is a fradulent name. I want to file "Motion to Quash of Service of Summons" and am unable to find the form online on courtinfo.ca.gov website. Please provide me a link to download the form "Notice of Motion to Quash".

There is no "form" for a motion to quash.... So you're not going to find it on the court's website. It'll have to be printed out on pleading paper but you should start by contacting the court clerk's office for more info on how it should be formatted.
