My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of:
Here is my scenario. My license was suspended because I got 3 speeding tickets(moving violations) in 1 year. This was back in August of 2010, I then motioned my 2 convictions to court, the judge granted me supervision and gave me a fine to pay. Thus got my license back. I was unable to pay the fines and missed the court date that was assisigned to me. By not paying the fines/not showing up for court they turned my suspendsion back in November of 2010 for 1 year. I was pulled over for a DWLS yesterday and also got a ticket for no insurance.
Now the steps ive taken to get my license back are as follows. I got SR-22 insurance
And motioned both tickets to court yo maybe get a break from a judge and get my supervision back and pay for my fines, if that happens they'll overturn my suspension again.
So I can show this at court for my DWLS ticket to show I've put effort in gett my license back. What I am wondering is what the best case scenerio will be and the worst case scenario would be. i.e. fines, further suspension, jail, probation?
Any help will be greatly appprectiated!!
I forgot to add that I was arrested and car was towed, I was not fingerprinted of had to post bail. I got issued an I-Bond in the amount of $2000 and a must appear court date.
