    Default New Jersey What Age Do They Usually Start Giving Overnights

    My question involves a child custody case from the State of: NJ at what age does a judge usually start giving a 19 year old father overnight visits?

    It can be as early as birth.

    Or as late as 1 year.

    Given your other thread, it is likely that Dad would have been given overnights for the 7 month old.
