My question involves criminal records for the state of:
Can a person get deported from US, if he/she has criminal records in their native country? Or do they have to have a record here in the US?

Yes.Can a person get deported from US, if he/she has criminal records in their native country?
Typically, however, those with certain criminal records in their homelands are denied entry to the US to begin with.
Ok, there is this issue, this person I know had been selling fake passports from his own native country for Iranian nationals so they could come to US as refugees. We did report them to the ICE but they said that it was done in their native country so we cant do anything unless they commit the same crime again here. Is that a reasonable explanation? oh by the way its the state of AZ.
