Default Shared Ebay Account, Ex-Girlfriend Changed Password, Kept Money

My question involves a relationship in the state of: Massachusetts

    Hello,

I was using my girlfriend's eBay account to sell things. We broke up, and it has been ugly. She changed the passwords on both eBay and PayPal, as well as the joint email account, now I can't even communicate with my customers. I also gave her money to the tune of $1100.00, and have a written document stating that she borrowed $800.00.
The $300.00 came recently, so with no record for the $300, I'm sure I am S.O.L.
She is a "police quick_dialer," and because the police have shown up at my place of work, I stand to lose my business as the landlord is not happy. I made $4000 this past weekend selling auto parts, but it is under "her" account. Because of the breakup, she changed all passwords, now I have no access to my money. I have receipts for all car parts sold, as they were custom parts from my car, and she has no history of knowing anything about cars. I can prove, these are my parts, sold under her username on eBay. We have been fighting non-stop, and the police have been called twice, both by myself.
She is harassing me, sending me 100 text messages/day, and got all of her things out of my warehouse today, but then wouldn't tell me the new passwords to the accounts, so I can't ship anything, nor communicate with any buyers.
What recourse do I have? Can I sue her in small claims court for the $800.00 she owes me, for losing my business, and for refusing to relinquish $4000 in sales from this past weekend.

    Thank you,
    V_C

    Yes.

for losing my business, and for refusing to relinquish $4000 in sales from this past weekend.
Your business is your responsibility, and there's no reason for you to not have your own eBay and PayPal accounts.

You could try to recover the money, but I suspect the court is going to ask why you continued to use an account that didn't belong to you.
