My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: florida
can the state attorney get a warrant on an 18 yr old male if there are 3 witnesses that have told the police they know he was harboring her.

Yup. One presumes that a police report has been filed?
Did he know she was a runaway?
Were the police called? Did they contact the lad and retrieve the child?
yes a police report has been filed. the local law enforcement is handling the case, but they are overloaded with runaway cases. she ran away on march 12th, and is still missing. the witnesses say that he paid them to rent hotel rooms 2 days in a row, and than asked them if she could stay at their house for the next night. they found out that she was a runaway on the last day and told her to leave. she was last seen leaving with the 18 yr old male on sat march 19th. the local so dect. said that the state attorney said she wouldn't be able to make interfering with custody stick because it appears that she left our home on her own free will. I'm sure he knows where she is, but can't prove this right now. what should i do?
About all you can do is wait to see what happens. You can try to keep in contact with friends and others who might clue you in as to her location, but if the police cannot seem to make a charge stick agaonst him, yet, then you may simply have to wait until she turns up.
