    Default My Children Are Beneficiaries of a Trust

    I am a non-custodial parent that pays Child Support in the State of New York. I am looking to the Family Court to modify my payments. I need to know if the custodial parent has to report to the court that my children are beneficiaries of a Trust? Is this potential income important for the court to know? Thanks.

    Could you please clarify?

    In prior posts you're the beneficiary...and you're also a CP...now you're the NCP?
