I should have explained better and in more detail.A good friend was picked up this week for probation violation 1st and only violation. My understandings is that he did not show for the last couple of months ,he was told he had to get a gps on his ankle he never did as his PO kept stating that he could not contact him but he was continously showing up to his mom and girlfriends home seeing him.He also stated that his client lied about where he was living yet he has more than sufficient proof of his residence. The PO also lied and said that the clients father stated that he did not live in the home yet the the father completely denies speaking with the PO. he also recieved a resisting arrest and the PO demolished the girlfriends home ,took all her underwear and had thrown all over the bed.left the door wide open and left a few personal items which I rather not state on the site, on her kitchen table that she stated was in a box under her bed, which her mother and son found upon walking into a destroyed home that PO tossed. But my question is what is the "Maximum" Sentence in Suffolk County given for A probation Violation with resisting arrest. What kind of time is he looking at?My puntuation and capitalization is horrible ,I know but i am rush typing.
Well, the maximum outcome is his probation could be revoked and what ever jail/prison sentence that was applicable for his original crime may be reinstated.
