Default Can I Lock My "Roommate" Out

My question involves a roommate in the State of: FL
I'm the only one on the lease. She is just renting a room, although we have a rental agreement, she is not on the actual lease. There is a long history of drama she has caused in the home but anyway now she is on a 30 day notice. Also, I just found out that the condo association strictly prohibits roommate renting.
She is threatening to have a party here Saturday night and I've told her not to. She had one when she first moved and took a week of me asking her to clean up before she actually did. SO- My question is, what will happen if I lock the doors on Saturday?? Btw, she has received mail here.

If you lock her out she can sue you for unlawful detainer. The fact that you broke the condo association rules by renting to her does not mean that you can lock her out.

The fact that you mention 'she's received mail here' tells me you already know you aren't allowed to do what you are thinking about doing.

She's established residency there, you are not allowed to just lock her out, nor are you allowed to do anything with her property.

    Her agreement is with you.
Your agreement is with the condo association.

Good luck, and hope the condo doesn't through you both out.
