I take it that, on top of everything else, you've not been attending school regularly? If I'm wrong, please talk to your English teacher about something called "punctuation".

It would be sensible for you to be working with a lawyer. Read this.

Thank you. Yes, my punctuation above is horrid.

Since he likely pled guilty and as part of that guilty plea he had to admit to what he did, he may have implicated you in the crime as well.

What YOU need to do is get mom and dad to hire an attorney right away. If they cannot afford an attorney, one will be hired for you.

Oh, and I doubt a court is going to by the story you have concocted, so let your attorney come up with a defense. And understand that your boyfriend may have already agreed to testify against you as part of his plea deal.

They read the charges against you, decide if you are to be charged in juvenile court or not, ask for a plea, and address the issue of legal counsel.

He actually said I wasn't involved, only that I was there and He took all the blame.

Your presence and acquiescence can place you as a principal to the act depending on what is alleged.

You can be in deep kimshee.

I've never felt that I've lived a sheltered life but I can't readily imagine what you've lived through so that you've turned out this way.

If you do become a Guest of the State and have a lot of time on your hands you should try to do the difficult work of figuring out how your experiences have changed what you once were.

    I'm sorry for you.

    Good luck.

    You'll need it.
