Well, I am trying to use this ticket as a learning experience in law. It's a cheap way. If I fail to get the ticket discharged because there's no city ordinance or state statute listed ( I very sure I have the right to know the statute or ordinance I violated ) then it will only cost me $22.

What I was hoping to get was some USC code or some such that states that tickets require to state the code of the violation in order to be valid, but I can try the defense without it too.

In summary, my defense would be that the ticket is invalid because it doesn't contain the code of the ordinance violated.
