    Post Non-Solicit in Consulting Agreement

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: PA

I do not have a non-compete in my contract, but my employer packages a non-solicit in all of their outgoing contracts with clients. I would like to apply for a job at a client of my current employer. Is this agreement a problem?

There's no problem with you applying for a position with the client company, however, it would probably be a contract violation for the client company to hire you.

Potentially. Your prospective employer should have the contract reviewed by its lawyer.
