Well, you didn't tell us where you're located. That's usually important.
But more important is that ..well..people are expected to lie during divorce proceedings. What matters is what they're lying about.

A lie is very worth nailing him on! Why? Well it destroys his credibility with the court & the judge. More lies... less credibility. So if you have to question things like financials in the future and you think he may not be giving full disclosure... your attorney has leverage to say "he lied about X so he may be lying about Y and Z also."what will the judge do if he finds out that he lied in court?
