My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: ca
So I just got a ticket for traffic sign violation but the sheriff who pulled me over had a new sheriff with him that he was teaching. I think he got the trainee to write up my ticket because there are errors all over it. So here they are.
>My name - She flipped a couple letter around
>She checked that I have a commercial lic.
>Make - She left out a couple letters
>Model sort of... - 4d was written and then crossed out and the correct model written next to it
>She checked that the car was registered under the same as the driver, it's registered under my dad's name.
>Race - She wrote M... I'm assuming she thought that was the sex box.
>Eyes - She wrote brow instead of brown.
So I know that there's no major errors like an incorrect violation code or drivers lic. or something, but would this be enough to contest the ticket in court?
