My question involves a marriage in the state of: Oregon

I am divorcing my husband of three years. We don't have children or any properties together. It's a mutual agreement to divorce since he has been cheating on me and got his girlfriend pregnant. So both of us are co-petitioners in this case.

Anyway, I have just come across his credit report from last year. He actually has a lot of uncollected debts from before marriage and a lot of credit card debts he secretly applied for while we were married, all of them are past due and delinquent.

I am in shock and fear that I will have to responsible for those credit card debts? I never co-signed with him to apply for those cards anyway. However, three out of those credit cards debts. I am listed as an authorized user.

There are only a few things I actually co-signed with him such as joint checking and saving accounts (both still in good shape). One chase credit card (in good standing, I'm planning to cancel it though). I'm planning to remove my name from all of those soon.

Does it look like I'm in trouble for those credit card's debts he created during our marriage? Please help me. Thank you.
