well thanks cbg, yes i know this now i have never been in a position like this before in my life, nothing even remotely close, if i went to a party and there was even 1 underage person i left , just hope nothing comes from this except a lesson learned

I'll have to do some more research on the more applicable code sections (the one posted was a quick search of CO statutes), but even CO has language that indicates that the person must know, or have reason to believe the person is a minor. It is up to the state to show that the OP knew, or should have known the girl was a minor. In this case, the age is an affirmative defense.


18-3-405.4. Internet sexual exploitation of a child.

thanks for your guys help, i just really was hoping this would not ruin my life as i work 2 jobs and go to school so i would hate to lose what i work for over some stupid person lying
