    Smile New Owner, Expired Lease

    My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: los angeles california

    i am living here for about 15yrs. now the owner sell it,we have expired lease agreement stating that we are only allowed 2 adult at that time my wife is not in the country,just me and my son who is minor,my question is can the new owner use that issue to evict us coz right now my son is at legal age and my wife is here now,so basically we are 3 adult living here now and my 92 yr.old mom come here back and forth at my bro house.and can i get a tenant relocation assistance if i got evicted.

    Are you stating that only you and your minor son live in the apartment, or are you stating that it's you, your son, and your mother?
