My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

My children's father has been in jail for the last 7 months for manufacturing drugs. His girlfriend has also been in jail for posession. I feel that it is in my children's best interest that some kind of supervised visits should be put into place before they leave for spring break. I have already made arrangements for them to stay at their grandparents house for the week, but I do not want them leaving with their father nor do I want his girlfriend anywhere near them. How can I (or can I) file a motion for emergency supervised visits before the weekend? I don't want him to come into his parents home and take my children by himself, although he is clean and is on probation, I do not feel comfortable taking any chances. Any advice? And if I can file this motion do I need an attorney to do so?
