    Default Fake ID Charge

    My question involves court procedures for the state of:texas
    hi. im 20 years old and i was charged yesterday with misrepresentation of age by a minor. i have court on the 23. the officer told me that i can go to city hall on monday pay the fine and do some community service and that it wont stay on my record. do you know if i am in much trouble ? this is the first time that this happens. i have no type of record or anything.

    The rule against double-posting questions - for some reason you only believe it applies to other people?

    If you're talking about a Class C misdemeanor, shoot for some type of deal that results in a dismissal, or a deferral such that you'll be eligible for expunction once you successfully complete probation.
