My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

Walking home from a party last night, my friend and I were stopped by the police. I was wearing heels and stumbled, causing them to pull us over. One of the officers mentioned he wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be raped by my friend, who had helped catch my fall? My apartment was one house away from where we were detained, but instead of letting us go, we were issued tickets. We are both 20, with only a few weeks until our 21st. It is my first offense, and I was issued a ticket of $263. My court date scheduled for the end of the month is not mandatory, but I would like to get the fine reduced/dropped if possible. I would prefer not to enroll in any alcohol education classes, as it is often mandatory to report taking such classes to insurances or potential job offers. What kind of plea should I make to the judge, or is there any information I should or shouldn't share?
