    Smile Transfer Quit Claim Deed from Deceased Person

    My question involves real estate located in the State of: Florida

    My Aunt passed away and my Uncle went and had the property and mobile home transfered to his name since hers was the only name on t has been done through the DMV (mobile Home) and from the property signed off by a judge. Now we have to file a quit Claim deed and do not know how to fill out the Grantor and the Grantee. Can you explain???

    Is this concerning actual real property? who is the grantor and grantee?

    If the deceased person is the grantee, it would have to be through a probate action (or possibly a small estate administration if available) where the estate would deed the rights to whomever the grantee is.
