I got re-married in the same nation. The former marriage from the foreign nation was nullified in the USA( Also the foreign nation RECOGNIZED the divorce from the USA). What I wanted to know, since USCIS will ask if I'm divorced. I wanted know will the USA divorce papers be enough for USCIS or do I have to include my foreign recognition of my former divorce which was nullified in the USA(I do have a divorce decree from the foreign nation)

The main issue is I must translate some papers and translations are costly,so I need to know what I will need to translate into english. If the USA ISSUE divorce is enough for USCIS then this will save me money
