    Default Can I Petition My Sister-In-Law to Come to Us from Philippines

    My wife and I are awaiting her approval for permanent residents. My wife wants to bring her sister to the US. Can i sponsor her sister as well? Shes 16 right now and in the philippines. If i can not sponsor her, what can we do to get her legally to the US.

    In other words, that's a "no".

    OP, your wife needs to become a US citizen to enable her to sponsor her sister since permanent residents cannot sponsor siblings.
