    Default Possession of Paraphernalia

    Hey I've recently been caught with 5 pieces and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia... I was driving and had a broken headlight. i was wondering if anyone knows the max or min punishment for that charge in michigan... locally chelsea.

    You didn't give us your age, and you didn't give us the violation statute number under which you've been cited or charged. Also, you didn't tell us where you were "caught"; e.g., in your car near a school or church, etc.

    Be exceedingly specific. Try again.

    i got pulled over for not stoping at the stop sign. i had a suspended licenseand got a drug paraphernalia? my car got tolled? what can i do to get it out asap?????????? youngtown arizona am 19
