Me and my girlfriend are in love we love each other a lot she is 15 going on 16 and im 17 going on 18 and she is pregnant and i want here to live with me i have a job and i go to school im very responsible and take care of her really good her mom is very abusive to her says horrible things to her and her mom hits her , screams at her shows her no respect the mom is threatening saying she is willing to hurt her self and blame my girlfriend for it just to send her to juvenile hall my girlfriend is 4 months pregnant and she lives in nevada i live in california she comes and visits me on her own i go pick her up im very sad and depress i want her to live with me as soon as possible her mom is a total b!@#$ and trys so hard to make my girlfriend suffer please help anyone help me?

First off, what state are you in.
Second off, there's not a chance in the world that this is going to be allowed.
If she was truly abused, the place she goes is into other safe custody, not to shack up with the rapist who got her in trouble to begin with.

No. No one can help you. Because there is not a chance on God's green earth that any judge is going to allow your pregnant 15 year old girlfriend to live with you. What's more, since she is below the age of consent in both Nevada and California you are by no means off the legal hook.

If she is being abused then she needs to call the authorities. But you want to keep as low a profile as possible; the LAST thing you want to do is bring to the attention of the court the fact that you impregnated a 15 year old.
