My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: I recently fired an employee in my office, after her leaving I discovered she has a patient list, with phone numbers. She has picked up another job, working one day a week and only being able to see patients that she brings from my office. She has since been phoneing the patients on the list to have them switch to her new office. Didn't the list of patient's belong to my office, not to her? Do I have any legal right against her or the doctor that hired her? Can the phone calls to patients be stopped? Thanks
