My question involves child support in the State of: South Carolina.
My husband recieved a supeona to bring the last 4 years of his tax returns to a hearing he has coming up with the county case worker to review his payments. His work was late mailing in his payment so the county is going to hold them in contempt. His ex-wife hired a attorney to servie him these papers and they are going to see if she can get more money. Can they make him bring our returns? They have my social securiy number and my children's as well as my income. Is that legal? If he brings his W2's instead can they hold him in contempt? Or can I just black out all the information on the forms? The income is not correct as it is a joint return. The whole return in combined so nothing on it is accurate. What can I do?![]()
