    Default Caught Shoplifting in Urban Outfitters in Arizona

    So, I took a pair of $16 earrings, and the buzzer went off. I gave back the earrings immediately and they took down my driver's license info. I am banned from Urban for 3 years, and was given a Civil Demand Notice that says they may contact me. The employee said it wasn't a big deal and they probably wouldn't fine me, as I clearly learned my lesson. Is she right? Do you think I will get fined and if so, how much? Thanks.
