Angry Falsely Accused by a State Representative

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of:New Hamshire
This mother is a state representitive, She accused me of abusing my stepson and made him lie to DCYF,the police and other officals, He told his therypist what she made him do and say.Now there is a bill in the house of representitives about making faulse abuse charges that she will be voting on,what are my rights as far as her making faulse charges and lieing and she is a state employe,She lied about this in front of our judge also.I was not charged with abuse and they said my stepson is safe in our home.

Sure, you can go to the press.

But what do you think you'll accomplish?

(Other than perhaps a lawsuit being filed AGAINST you)

Because you can't PROVE that she did ANYTHING out of malice.

Therefore if you go announcing to the press that she's guilty of X, Y and Z...she may well have a defamation case against you.

And you REALLY don't want that.

I can prove that she made her son say this, His therypist said he will tell what her son said.she made him tell that I abused him knowing that I did not,She made him tell the police and several others knowing this would keep her son away fron my husband. My husband and my stepson has had a realy great relationship before this all started. My stepson said he wanted to see him but was afraid of what she would do so he lied for her and he told the therypist this.I will not say anything that is not true thats how we have spent the last 6 years in court, thats why we were getting screwed we told the truth and she lied, she knows how to play the system. But know we can tell all the lies that she has told and we have nothing to hide cause we have not lied. If I tell the truth how can she get me for Defamation? (I can back up eveything I say).

    Look.

You're not willing (or are unable) to say exactly what proof you have that she "FORCED" anyone to do anything. Therefore we really can't help you.
