Default Avoiding a Bar on Being Around Children by Marrying Their Mother

My question involves criminal law for the state of: michigan
My fiance is on parole for criminal sexual conduct charge and he violated his parole by being with a female that has 2 kids and hes not suppose to date a female with kids or not to be around kids so his parole agent sent him back to prison but he signed up for a 3 month program instead of doing the rest of his time and he will get back out on parole my question is if we got married before he gets put back on his parole could his parole agent send him back the second time for a parole violation and would he be allowed to live with me even thought he is still on parole since we will be married?
