My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Vermont
While researching other laws about Condo Associations, I discovered the FCC's Telecommunications Act of 1996, which prohibits homeowners associations from prohibiting customers from installing satellite dishes, providing they are less than a meter.
I called the company, the dish size is small, but I am having a hard time understanding the law regarding where on the property the dish can be installed.
According to the condo association, I have to go with the satellite provider of their choosing, who already has dishes installed on the property. I can not get my own, but if I understand correctly I should be able to get my own dish installed, and on my front porch if I choose to.
