    Default Force Balancing

    My question involves defamation in the state of: if a banking institution accuses u of force balancing ,aside from termination wat legal actions will most likely take places if any?

    While force balancing is improper in the banking industry I'm not aware of any laws that make it a crime. Just like card counting is frowned upon in casino's, the mere act itself is not illegal. So, unless there is some underlying theft component you can expect to be terminated on the spot.
