Exclamation Am I Legally Married if Names on SSN Card and Birth Cert Don't Match

My question involves name change laws in the State of: ND

I was adopted in ND in 2002 by my step father. I changed my name (Jones to Jones Arnold) and filed for a new birth certificate. I never refiled for a new Social Security card with the name change, but I still only used Jones as my name. I got married in ND in 2008 and on my marriage license I used Jones, not Jones Arnold which is the name on my Birth Certificate. I filed for a new Social Security card for my married name Hicks. So I am wondering if my marriage is even valid since I did not use the name that is on my birth certificate.
