    Default Unsigned underage consumption ticket

I just got a ticket for underage consumption, but the officer did not sign the bottom of the ticket or give his badge number where it says, "The undersigned being duly sworn, deposes and says that the person named on this complaint did commit the above offenses". Is the ticket still valid? Also...I signed the back of the ticket before I noticed that the officer's signature was not there. Would that change anything? Thanks

    Default Underage Consumption Ticket

The significance of a missing signature will vary by jurisdiction; however, it is likely that the ticket could be reissued if the missing signature were a problem. You may wish to consult with a local lawyer about how the court is likely to handle this charge, and what sort of plea bargains you might be able to obtain.
