Husband is pres of HOAand has never done this before. Seem to have a torn in his side that complains about everything he does.
Fix dry hydrants so our homes would not burn down. Got mad at that. Once he saw everyone wanted to have these fixed he moved on to the number of board members we have.
I have handled everything till now, as he actually has a point. By laws state we can only have 5 members but we have 6. One is a non voting member. Is there a law that states this is ok. I need facts to answer back as all I have now are rumors that this is ok.
