My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Neveda ,I am employer in las vegas , i had paid my employe in cash and they paid tax on their w-2 2009 ,Business was sold for no cash , new owner has to pay remaining of bills , Now employee is sue me for unpaid wage , which i don't have cash paid recept , i don't have any money to pay, we have labour board hering next month , what going to happen ,
