    Default Do I Have to Disclose Arrests When Applying for a B1/B2 Visa

    Hi all hope that you are all having a nice day,

    The question with regards to the B1 B2 Visa - Do I need to say that I have been arrested? Both cases were dismissed. one record was wiped. Oh DUI and trespass the former was wiped. Both were the result of drinking the former I was but a fraction over.

    Yes, you are expected to provide an honest answer to the question about past arrests.
