    Default Computation of Insurance Coverage

My question involves child support in the State of: OK

My ex currently carries full-coverage insurance for two minor children. Documents show she is enrolled in the family plan. In the Oklahoma "Family Law 2008 - 2009" edition it clearly states, premiums paid for dependents in question will ONLY be for two minor children listed in the degree and no one else covered on the plan.

That's appears obvious. But my ex's attorney used the employee (+ family) but only deducted what it costs under the employee only. Instead should he have used the figure for employee (+ spouse) and subracted that number from the employee (+ family) to get the correct computation?

Is this employer sponsored group insurance?

If it is, I'll have another question.
