Default Where to File for Annulment

My sister was married in Hawaii less than one month ago to and she would like to get it annulled (she just found out that he had no intention to be faithful to her since he has been in a secret relationship with another woman before and after the wedding). The do not reside together and are both from California, is this a reason to have the marriage become void? Also what state would she have to file in?

If they are both legally domiciled in California, she would file in California. I don't know enough about her situation to know if she would qualify for annulment. She may wish to consult a family lawyer.
