When you drive a car with no spedometer, you run the risk of going at an unlawful speed and not being in a good position to defend yourself against a speeding ticket. "I don't know how fast I was going, but it wasn't that fast," isn't a very convincing explanation to a court as to why you shouldn't be ticketed. Here are some tips on fighting a speeding ticket.

The Michigan State Police offense Code 8052 means "Exceeded Prima Facie Speed Limit".

What could I posibly ask for so my ticket won't get posted on my record??
I mean I have to drive to school , and work every day, and most likely with this ticket my licence will get suspended.
    thank you

This might be a good time to invest in an attorney there and see what can be worked out. Sometimes an attorney is able to negotiate a deal that a person representing him or herself could not negotiate. From the position you are now in it would at least be worth exploring so check around.
