Default What is the "Enrollment Date" in the Policy

My policy (in the pre-existing condition clause) says: "This exclusion may last up to 12 months (180 days for members with a New Jersey Small Business plan) from your enrollment date".

What is the "enrollment date" in this case? Is it a same one as an effective date or a date when application was filed?
