Emancipation rights in Virginia

I live in Virginia, I'm 17 years of age and have a full time job. I want to move out of the house and I already have a full time job. I'm almost finished with school. I have a place to say. I've had my job for 2 years now and am higher than a lot of people should be at my age. I am trying to figure out if I would qualify for emancipation. I love my parents but they don't understand the fact that I can take care of my self. I have about 10 people living in my house which is way to many and it's hard to do anything. Please get back with me .

Virginia's emancipation law provides:

Any minor who has reached his sixteenth birthday and is residing in this Commonwealth, or any parent or guardian of such minor, may petition the juvenile and domestic relations district court for the county or city in which either the minor or his parents or guardian resides for a determination that the minor named in the petition be emancipated. The petition shall contain, in addition to the information required by § 16.1-262, the gender of the minor and, if the petitioner is not the minor, the name of the petitioner and the relationship of the petitioner to the minor.
