My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Indiana

Can evidence of a speeding infraction be used in court if it was obtained by committing the same infraction?
I was stopped and issued a citation for speed 51/45. The officer told me that he paced me. This would mean that he had to be traveling the same speed as me and Indiana law is clear that emergency vehicles may only disregard traffic laws when they have their lights and/or siren on. This officer had neither. So he had to break the same speed law that i did to obtain his evidence against me. Can this evidence be used?

Thank you.
