    Default Where to Find a Non-Residential or Long Arm Statute

    I am looking for a non residential statute or long arm statute for the state of wyoming. I need it for a discussion board for class. I have looked on,, and lexisnexis. I also have looked at the statutes for wyoming and can't find it there either. stion involves an injury that occurred in the state of:

    Long arm for Civil suit purposes you mean? You wish to sue a person in another state?

    IF the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.00, a Federal Court can entertain a Diversity of Citizenship action between residents of different states, as one example.
