Default Can Anyone Elaborate on Emancipation Options

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Texas.

I'm a sophomore, and have been working with my credits at school enough that I will be able to graduate at the end of my Junior year and skip the Senior year. From what I've looked into, laws in Texas appear to say I can be emancipated as soon as I graduate, and not have to wait for the next year until I am 18. If I graduate, and take care of myself, will I have complete control of my life or will my mom still have the final say in my life? I am aware that I will still have to follow the ordinary laws required for my age, and will be responsible for anything I do. But if I have the capability when I graduate High School, can I pursue this option?

Please keep it all in one thread.
Your options are you stay at home until you are 18 or your parents agree otherwise.
