Default Having Trouble Liquidating My Company

My company has no future and needs to be liquidated. The problem is that none of my creditors are willing to liquidate it and I do not have the money to voluntarily liquidate it or see a lawyer about it.

What are my options in this case? Do I just have to wait until a creditor is willing to liquidate it?

What is the nature of your company? Is it just you, unincorporated? A corporation or LLC? Something else?
